How much time is needed to receive my order?
Orders are fulfilled within 2 - 3 weeks of confirmation, if the items are in stock. These times differ depending on where you are located. You will be informed when the order is shipped.
Does the delivery timeline change for large orders?
For larger orders, delivery usually falls within the standard 7- to 10-day range if all items are in stock. However, we do not recommend custom or special orders, as they often take longer than anticipated.
What happens if my order includes items with different shipping schedules?
If your order has items with different shipping times, you have the option to split the shipment, or we can combine them. The delivery will be made as agreed upon.
Are there any rates concerning delivery?

How do I track my order?
Orders can be tracked by logging into our website www.treeistaliving.com and going to the apparatus which is within treeistaliving.com/track. We endeavour to ship orders within 7 days of the order or pre-order shipment date. If it ends up taking 10 days or more due to unforeseen setbacks, we will send you a notice by email or phone. In case you do not receive updates within 7 days, please feel free to write to us at support@treeistaliving.com.
What if I am not home when my delivery arrives?
If you're not home when your delivery arrives, the carrier may:
• Attempt redelivery on another day.
• Hold the package at a local facility for pickup.
Can I update my shipping address after my order has been shipped?
You will be able to change your order's shipping address before the order is fulfilled by reaching out to our customer support team.
My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?
If your items have not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer care team for assistance. They will help track your order and provide you with updates.
Can I pay to receive the item sooner?
Shipping times depend on preparation, inspection, and dispatch time. There is no option for expedited shipping unless it has been arranged ahead of time.
If it is past the timeline, why hasn’t my product shipped?

Please be advised that you can check your shipment in the Customer Registration on our website, by the tracking ID that we provided you, or by contacting the Customer Service team to provide you with any information.
High-Payout level is worth focusing on and solving. Some reasons that a shipment can be returned to origin (RTO) are: “Try as it may, the post office cannot deliver mail when a recipient is not available.
• Your address is incorrect or incomplete
• Sent an email, but unable to communicate
• The recipient refused to accept delivery

What products are eligible for immediate shipping?
Products featured on our website as "Ready to Ship" or "Only a Few Left" are available for faster shipping.
What is the process for receiving my order?
Furniture, lighting, and décor items are delivered through our independent team. All vessels are packaged, and the delivery team will bring them to your location. Movement to upper floors in multi-story buildings depends on the courier policy and access to your building.
Can I delay my delivery?
Yes, delivery can be delayed if you contact us before the delivery is scheduled. Please contact our customer care team.
Will I get an invoice for my purchase?
