Refunds & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancelling An Order
All cancellations need to be reviewed and may not always be approved. To cancel an order, email us at support@treeistaliving.com as soon as possible.
Return Items: These are the reasons you would be eligible for a return or exchange of a product:
• The product delivered differs from what was ordered or from the description presented on our site.
• A return for this item is granted if it is damaged or defective upon arrival within 48 hours after delivery.
• The merchandise is returned unused, in its original packaging.
Obtaining a refund
To process your refund, send an email to support@treeistaliving.com within the 48-hour period after receiving the product. To process your refund, please include the order number, delivery address, and reason for the refund, including images of the defective or wrong item if there is one. No requests for refunds will be entertained after 48 hours. If the packaging looks like it has been tampered with or damaged during delivery, or if the paraphernalia of the product looks like it has been damaged after delivery, check the product for any causes for concern, and retain all original packing materials. Along with any images of products in defect and order information, reach out to our customer service. From here, we may provide a replacement of the product, a refund, a partial discount, or an option to return the item chosen.
Repair Services Offered
Repair services are not available now. For damaged products, please follow our refund and replacement policy.
What is Not Covered by Warranty
Our warranty does not include:
• Reasonable and expected use of a product
• Wilful, negligent, or unintentional degradation of hardware
• Unapproved destruction or modification of a device
• Damage inflicted by severe weather or extreme conditions
• Items sold for business purposes
• Consequences of improper fitting
• Used up items like light tubes and power packs

No Longer Covered by Warranty
In cases where a product is no longer under warranty, the customer assumes all costs for any repairs or replacements. For guidance on consulting local repair professionals, reach out to customer service, and they will inform you of available options.
Support for Returning Products
Your return will qualify for a reverse pickup, so all you need to do is ensure the product being returned is secure in its original packaging and follow the steps given by customer support.
Replacement FPB, then Refund
A product identified with a defect would be offered a replacement, or you may exchange the faulty product for an item of the same value.
Time Required for Processing a Refund
Once the returned item has been received, most refunds will be completed within 10 to 15 business days. The refund will be issued through the same payment method that was used to make the payment.
